Web based employee learning and development, web based occupational safety and health, and also web based compensation and planning are very important in improving the management in an organization to be better than before. Moreover, the outcome of organization productivity surely can be increase due to the manageable system on employees and also the organization. So, everybody in the organization will be able to take part in the changes that make them successfully improve their performance in many aspects.
